Krungsri Credit Card (KCC) leveraged Appier’s AI-powered intelligent audience solution (Gillnet) to reduce the number of overlapping audiences, and identify more individual target customers. It was also able to understand the profiles of the best performing audience segments. These were mobile and PC users who visited credit card product pages 8 times in one day, and mobile users who clicked ‘Apply Online’ once a day. These behavior patterns were captured to enable KCC to deliver relevant advertisements at critical moments of the user journey.
