Dear customers and friends of Appier,
Like all of you, we are following the global COVID-19 situation very closely at Appier. The health and safety of our customers and employees is always a priority for us, even more so during these unpredictable times. We send our best wishes to anyone who has been or is unwell, or who is taking care of family members. We wish you a speedy return to good health.
We are equally committed to providing you seamless and uninterrupted service for the duration of these circumstances and beyond. Since the early days of the situation, Appier has been proactive in taking measures to not only ensure that everyone is as protected as possible, but also that we continue to deliver the same strong level of service so that you can maintain your own business operations.
Since January, Appier has had several procedures and precautions in place to help contain the spread of COVID-19 both within the organization and to our communities. These include halting all business travel and making sure all recent travellers work from home; shifting in-person meetings to video calls; providing hand sanitizers and masks to staff; and ensuring every team member is able to easily work remotely.
Our workforce, currently operating across APAC and Europe, has always been fully equipped for and has experience working remotely in case of disruptions such as advised or enforced social distancing. Additionally, our software is hosted in a cloud environment, and therefore is not affected physically. Please also be assured that we have implemented all necessary security measures for remote access.
We have experienced no interruptions of our day-to-day business, and we anticipate that this will remain the case. As described, we are taking aggressive precautions to maintain this and play our part as good corporate citizens to help flatten the curve.

Will my services be impacted?
Appier remains committed to meeting its service level agreements, and all team members are equipped to be consistently available to customers to handle queries, provide support, and ensure product uptime. At this time, we do not expect any disruption to your service availability due to the COVID-19 virus.
Do you have any concerns regarding available support for customers?
No. For team members unable or not advised to be in the office, we have ensured they have all the necessary equipment and connectivity to be consistently available to customers.
How can I get updates on COVID-19 from Appier?
