Today, we are pleased to share that Appier has entered an agreement to acquire BotBonnie, Asia’s innovative omnichannel chatbot service. The acquisition of BotBonnie will enter Appier in the conversational marketing space and bolster product expansion. Customers of AIDEAL and AIQUA will benefit with the addition of two new channels immediately with Facebook Messenger and LINE, while AIXON customers will benefit from the depth of data generated from conversational data analysis which will enhance the AI predictions.
